Women in contemporary popular music are not only in the background chorus, in a girl group or as singer fronting an anonymous male band; women do not only perform men’s compositions, and are not only managed and produced by men.
The aim of und Gretel? is to highlight and promote the diverse roles that women play in the music industry.
